Production Materials,
in which we specialize

Aluminium Alloys

Aluminium is an extremely popular material due to its unique properties and available varieties. It is commonly used for the production of electronic enclosures, machine parts, and many other applications.

PA9 / 7075 – very high hardness (190 HB), excellent thermal conductivity, ideal for polishing
PA6 / 2017 – medium hardness (110 HB), moderate temperature resistance (120-180°C), easy to polish
PA13 / 5083 – low hardness (75 HB), high corrosion and material fatigue resistance, excellent for welding
7022 / CERTAL® – very high strength and hardness, excellent dimensional stability, ideal for polishing

Metals

In addition to aluminium, we process a wide range of commonly available metals. Here are some of them:

Bronze – has excellent strength properties, is easy to machine, characterized by good wear resistance, high temperatures, and corrosion
Copper – due to its properties, it is often used in the energy and electronics sectors
Tool Steel – ideal for the production of tools such as injection molds, dies, matrices, etc.
Stainless Steel – specialized steel resistant to corrosion, e.g., 1.4006 /1H3

Plastics

Plastics are often used in machine constructions, technological lines, and many other industrial applications.

ABS – aesthetic appearance, good dimensional stability
HDPE – durable, impact-resistant, rigid
LDPE – crack-resistant, flexible, impact-resistant
PA (Nylon) – ideal for working parts
PC – high impact resistance, excellent thermal insulation, resistance to weather conditions and high temperatures
PP – high chemical resistance, resistance to solvents
