The entire production process
In one place

1

Quotation

Our calculator allows you to quickly determine the cost of the mold and production. All you need to do is upload a 3D design. Make sure your design is properly prepared. Use our injection mold design guide or have our experienced designers prepare it for you.

2

Design

Our designer will thoroughly analyze your part and help you avoid potential problems. We will prepare and present you with a detailed geometry analysis, plastic flow simulation, and more.

3

Prototyping

Before making the injection mold, we will prepare a prototype of your product using high-quality industrial 3D printers.

4

Injection mold production

Once we ensure the model is designed according to the requirements, we will proceed with mold manufacturing. Molds are machined on CNC milling machines, surfaces are textured, and detailed quality control is carried out at every stage.

5

Part production

The material in granule form is fed into the injection molding machine barrel, then melted by high temperature and appropriate pressure. The molten mass is injected into the mold in an instant, completely filling it. The part is then formed and removed from the mold. The final stage is packaging the finished components.

Technical notes

In injection molding technology, we use both cold and hot runner molds. We produce molds with sliders and unscrewing elements, e.g., for forming threads. If you have any doubts, contact us.

Lifetime warranty
for injection molds

You don’t have to worry about the condition of your mold. Ordering from 3DForce, you receive a lifetime warranty — all you need to do is place at least one order per year and store the mold exclusively with us.
If the mold wears out or gets damaged, we will handle its refurbishment, and if necessary — we will make it anew.

We keep full technical documentation, repair history, and production records — all in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. This way, you can focus on what matters most: selling your product.

Electronics housings

Here are the plastics most commonly used in electronics housing production.

  • ABS – excellent for indoor applications, used in remote controls, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, etc.
  • ASA – high impact strength and excellent weather resistance.
  • PC – weather- and scratch-resistant, hard, also available in transparent grades.
  • ABS/ASA, ABS/PC blends – specialist plastics chosen according to customer requirements.
  • PMMA (Acrylic) – high transparency, resistance to UV and inorganic substances.
  • POM – chemical resistance.
  • PP – chemical and solvent resistance.

Machine parts

Specialized materials often exposed to high forces, high temperatures, loads, and chemicals.

  • HDPE – durable, impact-resistant, rigid, and chemical-resistant.
  • LDPE – crack-resistant at low temperatures, flexible, impact- and chemical-resistant.
  • PA (Nylon) – high-temperature resistance, high elasticity, stiffness, and impact strength, abrasion-resistant, chemically resistant to greases, oils, and gasoline.
  • PAGF – glass fiber-reinforced polyamide, with increased high-temperature resistance.
  • PPS – specialist plastic designed to replace aluminum castings. Exceptional physicochemical resistance.
  • POM – chemical resistance, ideal for working parts exposed to water (alternative to PA6).
  • PP – chemical and solvent resistance, widely used due to low cost.

Seals, rubbers

Elastomer-based plastics with high flexibility.

  • TPV – rubber-like material with excellent thermal, UV, chemical, oil, and solvent resistance.
  • SEBS – highly elastic, easy to process and color, resistant to weather, ozone, and UV.
  • SBS – highly elastic, easy to process and color, but limited weather, ozone, and UV resistance.
  • TPC – chosen for elasticity, thermal and chemical resistance, as well as high strength and durability.
