Short and long series

We do not limit you by production size. This is good news for both companies looking to implement their product and for large manufacturers.

The entire production process
in one place

1

Quotation

Use the 3DForce instant quoting system that allows you to quickly determine production costs. Just upload your 3D project in a popular format: .stl or .obj. Make sure your project is properly prepared. Use our injection mold design guide or have our experienced designers create the project for you.

2

Design

You can create the design yourself or outsource it to an external company. However, in most cases, it is necessary to implement subsequent changes tailored to our production technologies. Our designer can assist in their implementation. If you want to save time and avoid misunderstandings, use our CAD design service.

3

Prototyping

If you wish, we will prepare a prototype of your product before making the injection mold, using the highest quality industrial 3D printers.

4

Injection mold production

Depending on the chosen technology, based on the digital model:

  • Production takes place based on the digital model. The next step is to give the mold the appropriate surface finish (gloss, matte, etc.). In this process, we use appropriate tools and polishing pastes. At this stage, ejectors are also cut, which allow for easy removal of the element from the mold.
5

Production of parts

The selected material for the production of elements is fed into the injection molding cylinder and then melted due to high temperature and appropriate pressure. The resulting mass is quickly injected into the mold, completely filling it. The part is formed and then removed from the mold. The final stage is packaging the finished elements.

Technical notes

In injection molding technology, we use cold and hot runner molds. We also enable the implementation of simple undercuts (after prior consultation). Traces characteristic of elements made using injection molding may occur on the castings. If you do not know what this entails, please contact us.

Production materials,
in which we specialize

Electronic housings

Here are the materials that definitely dominate in the production of electronic housings.

  • ABS – excellent for internal applications, used in the production of remote control housings, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, etc.
  • ASA – high impact resistance and excellent weather resistance.
  • PC – resistant to weather conditions and scratches, hard. Also available in a transparent version.
  • ABS/ASA blends, ABS/PC, etc. – specialist materials selected according to customer requirements.
  • PMMA (Acrylic) – high transparency, resistance to UV radiation and inorganic substances.
  • POM – chemical resistance.
  • PP – chemical resistance and resistance to solvents.

Machine parts

Specialist materials, often exposed to high forces, high temperatures, loads, and chemical substances.

  • HDPE – durable, impact-resistant, stiff, and resistant to chemicals.
  • LDPE – resistant to cracking at low temperatures, flexible, impact-resistant, and chemically resistant.
  • PA (Nylon) – resistant to high temperatures, high flexibility, high stiffness and impact resistance, abrasion-resistant, chemically resistant to lubricants, fats, and gasoline.
  • PAGF – polyamide modified with glass fiber, characterized by increased resistance to high temperatures.
  • PPS – a specialist material designed to replace aluminum castings. Exceptional physicochemical resistance.
  • POM – chemical resistance, ideal for elements working in contact with water (an alternative to PA6).
  • PP – chemical resistance, solvent resistance, widely used due to low cost.

Seals, rubbers

Materials from the elastomer group characterized by high elasticity.

  • TPV – a material very similar to rubber, with very good thermal resistance, UV, chemicals, oils, and solvents.
  • SEBS – characterized by very good elasticity and are easy to process and dye. SEBS are resistant to atmospheric factors, ozone, and UV.
  • SBS – materials with very good elasticity, easy to process and dye, but have limited resistance to atmospheric factors, ozone, and UV.
  • TPC – a material chosen by customers due to its elasticity and thermal and chemical resistance, as well as high strength and durability.
